Highly skilled and versatile electronic dance music producer / composer with a strong focus on deephouse, techhouse, commercial dance and the occasional harder styles.
Koen Groeneveld has a longlasting and successful track record, as he scored many global hits under different artist guises and for performing artists like a.o. Hardwell, Far East Movement, Bingo Players, DJ Jean, R3hab and Paul Elstak. In the 90’s and 00’s, Koen spearheaded the globally acclaimed dance act Klubbheads together with partner in crime Addy van der Zwan, and with this act reached the UK Singles Charts Top 10 on many occasions.
Besides running two successful tech house labels – Abzolut and Neokraft, both a subsidiary of Spinnin’ Records – Koen releases on prolific imprints such as Toolroom and Steve Angello’s label Size Records. Koen had the honour to work with established artists such as Fatboy Slim, Mark Knight, Tocadisco and Markus Schulz, amongst others.
