Piano virtuoso Geronimo Snijtsheuvel learned to play the piano from the young age of 3 and was admitted to the prestigious Conservatory of Maastricht at the age of 12. He studied Classical Piano Performance, Jazz Piano Performance, and Composition/Arranging. Years of touring worldwide as an artist with classical orchestras, as well as jazz formations, rock bands, and internationally-renowned DJ’s made him a man of many stories and trades.
Geronimo collaborates with the legendary Ferry Corsten on compositions for Ferry’s upcoming singles and for various film scores and cinematic projects. Geronimo also composed for the Transmission Worldtour (Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, a.o.), and for/with electronic artists like Leroy Styles and Fedde Le Grand.
As a master of composing and arranging classical versions of non-classical music, Geronimo has delivered beautiful renditions of a selection of big trance hits from the zeros, to be released in 2022. Geronimo works closely with Armin van Buuren; next to being Armin’s piano teacher, Geronimo has arranged orchestral versions of Armin’s song ‘Feel Again’ which Geronimo performed live on piano during Armin’s sold out live concert ‘This Is Me’ at Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, for four consecutive days.
