Dick Maas is an award winning film writer, director, producer and composer. He is the most commercially successful Dutch director of all time, all of his movies have reached worldwide audiences. He is best known for the three ‘Flodder’ movies & homonymously titled television show spawned by the success of those movies, as well as the films ‘Amsterdamned’ & ‘The Lift’. Additionally, he also composes and is responsible for the music used in all of his films and series. Dick Maas is also known for his broad range of music videos. He has a longstanding relationship with Golden Earring, one of Holland’s most famous pop groups. Among the many video clips he made with them are the famous ‘TWILIGHT ZONE’ video that topped the box-office charts of the US. He has also directed a video for one of Marco Borsato’s chart topping hits.
