Bobby Boer is one of the two creators of the Eurodance group ‘2 Brothers On The 4th Floor’ – the other being his brother Martin – who dominated the dance floors and airwaves in the 90’s. They started experimenting with music in a small bedroom in their parental house in an apartment building on the 4th floor. The brothers brought together rapper Da Smooth Baron MC and singer Peggy “The Duchess” to form their stage act. The first single ‘Can’t Help Myself’ was released in 1990 and became an international hit. In subsequent years the brothers received even more recognition for singles such as ‘Dreams (Will Come Alive)’, ‘Never Alone’ & ‘Let Me Be Free’, with vocals by D-Rock (René Philips) and Des’Ray (Desirée Manders), who still form their stage act. Aside from ‘2 Brothers’, Bobby has been part of more groups with his brother Martin.
